Goodbye carpet!

After a short debate over a late flooring contender, the decision was made and swiftly actioned to go ahead with the original plan to remove the carpet, sand and stain the pine wood floors with Black Japan Floor finish...

 

 

... and, wasting no time, the flooring guys have removed the carpet, edge strips and all of the staples already!
